This is a nice Vietnam War late 1960's MACV-SOG Command & Control North "Shell burst" pocket patch. This is a Saigon made "Cecil" patch from the period, depicting a green beret skull with an explosion behind it with two crossed guns at the bottom.
VINTAGE:Circa 1960's.
SIZE:Size: 4-1/2" x 3-1/8".
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Embroidered silk/polyester on cotton/polyester twill.
ATTACHMENT:None.
