Beautiful Late '60's Hand-Made MACV US Army Special Security Group Pocket Patch

Beautiful hand-made MACV (Military Assistance Command, Vietnam) United States Army Special Security Group pocket patch. The center of the twill patch is fully embroidered with a red shield showing a sword against a background that resembles the ocean and continents. A red outer ring reads: "UNITED STATES ARMY SPECIAL SECURITY GROUP MACV" in yellow embroidered lettering.
