This is a Disney-designed submarine patch for the United States Navy's USS Toro SS-42The patch shows a charging bull superimposed upon a wing and reads SS 422 EL TORO.
VINTAGE:Circa early 1950s.
SIZE:2-5/8" height and 6-1/8"width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Fully-embroidered patch in multi-colored silk/cotton threads with a muslin backing.
