ARTIFACT:
This is an uncommon circa 1900 Type CD 121 glass insulator for the New England Telephone & Telegraph Company, a communications company formed in 1878. The insulator is in green glass and was made by Brookfield.
VINTAGE:
Circa 1900.
SIZE:
Approximately 2-7/16" in diameter (at bottom) and 3-3/4" in height.
MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION:
Glass.

8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The insulator has only light wear; very small chip along inside rim on bottom.
