This is a theatre-made distinctive insignia for the United States Army 425th Infantry Regiment. The DI shows an arrow piercing a palm tree with a heraldic lion and several stars beneath. The DI reads LET THE DRUM BEAT.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II era.
SIZE:1-3/16" height and 1-1/8" width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Plated brass with painted areas.
ATTACHMENT:Single screw post with slightly concave disc backing and nut.
