ARTIFACT: This is a stunning early World War II donation badge for Bundles for Britain. This badge was designed by the sculptor Malvina Hoffman, and made by the Medallic Art Company of New York.

VINTAGE: Circa WWII

SIZE: Approximately 1-11/16" x 1-1/2"

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Die struck gilt and enameled brass

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with locking over-under swivel catch.

MARKINGS: "MEDALLIC ART CO. NEW YORK. OFFICIAL BUNDLES FOR BRITAIN INC. MALIVA HOFFMAN."

CONDITION: 8+ (Excellent): The enamel is in great condition! The badge is stunning with little wear. There is some sort of adhesive residue on the reverse.
