This is a named and numbered sterling silver St. John Ambulance Association medal. The medal reads THE ST. JOHN AMBULANCE ASSOCIATION, is embellished with four floral clusters in the directions of the compass and shows a Knight's Cross at center.
VINTAGE:Circa World War I.
SIZE:1-11/16" height and 1-1/2" width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Sterling silver.
ATTACHMENT:Loop attachment.
MARKINGS:267410 LESLIE ADAMS REGISTERED AT ST. JOHNS GATE CLERKENWELL three icons of an anchor, lion and a Z, V&S.
