This is a glass paperweight from the Spanish-American War featuring war hero Admiral George Dewey, whose fleet defeated Spain at Manila Bay on May 1, 1898, and the USS Olympia, Dewey's flagship.
VINTAGE:Circa Spanish-American War.
SIZE:2-1/2" length and 3-15/16" width and 15/16" depth.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Glass with printed and glued paper insert.
MARKINGS:PYROPHOTO CO., 45 & 47 CROSEY ST., NEW YORK.
