ARTIFACT:

This is a small size distinctive insignia for the United States Army Manlius, New York ROTC Battalion. The DI is an eagle atop a shield bearing three red stars and two chevrons.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 15/16" in height 13/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Sterling silver with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Single screw post with disc backing, two stabilization posts.
MARKINGS:STERLING.
ITEM NOTES:This is from a United States Army collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. MBL97 LBHX9/11
CONDITION:8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The DI has some small areas of light wear and tarnish.
