This is a Scare 1930's-40's Junior American Citizens "Outstanding Citizenship" Award Badge.Organization started in 1936 by the DAR(Daughters of the American Revolution) Highest Award of the Organization.
VINTAGE:Circa 1930s-1940s.
SIZE:About 7/8"x 5/8"
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:plated brass and enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical kick pin with drop in locking catch.
