ARTIFACT:

This is a scarce World War II United States Navy jacket patch for PT-RON 4, a patrol torpedo squadron trained in Melville, RI. The patch is round and shows a professor mosquito training some students and displays the number 4.

VINTAGE:

Circa World War II.

SIZE:

4" diameter.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Fully-embroidered patch in multi-colored silk/cotton threads.
