This is a scarce British Forces Norway patch as worn by US Troops during the liberation of Norway. The patch is a blue square with a silhouette of a Viking ship under full sail against the sunset in white.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 2-1/4" square.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Printed cotton patch with muslin backing.
ITEM NOTES:This is from a United States Army collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. TRAJX10 L/SAFEJX7/10
CONDITION:7 (Very Fine): Patch has light to medium wear, mostly along edge.
