Description
This is a scarce World War I US Army 82nd Division combat helmet. There is a red, white and blue division logo painted on the front and the helmet has a chin strap attachment.
VINTAGE:Circa World War I.
SIZE:7-1/8.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Painted steel, leather, vinyl, twine, two metal buckles.
ATTACHMENT:Leather chin strap with buckle.
MARKINGS:ZC65 stamped inside rim; 7 1/8 stamped next to tag; 113 written on strap; tag: some words are missing but AND NET FIT THE are visible.

CONDITION:6 (Fine+): The helmet shows heavy wear and some rust, but the strap is still fully intact and the logo is still very visible.
