ARTIFACT: These are Civil War Union Cavalry Officer Spurs & Leathers. It is unusual to find these with the leather straps still attached. 

VINTAGE: Circa 1861 - 1865.

SIZE: Approximately 6" in length x 4-1/4" in width x 1/2" in height.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Brass, steel, and leather

ATTACHMENT: Leather straps.

MARKINGS: None

ITEM NOTES: This is from a Civil War collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. MAJJV17 LBBEX03/17 SLEGEX04/17/24

CONDITION: 7 (Very Fine): The straps are in well worn, and the stitching has let go mostly, but they are still supple and displayable, the spikes on the rowels are  lightly rusted and one of the tiny teeth is broken, but they are not frozen.

GUARANTEE: As with all my artifacts, this piece is guaranteed to be original, as described.
