Scarce circa 1900 Civil War Veterans League member lapel stud. The shield shaped stud shows a nicely embellished letter "V" between the letters: "U" and "L", all in raised detail. Along the top of the shield, it shows the dates: "1861" and "1865" and the outer edge features a border of five pointed stars.

SIZE:Approximately 3/4" x 3/4"
