This is a scarce, unused 1950s United States Marine Corps Attack Squadron 224 (VMA-224) decal for a flight jacket. The group was known as the "Bengals", and flew F9F Panthers in the 1950s.
VINTAGE:Circa 1950s.
SIZE:Approximately 7" in height by 7" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Decal.
ATTACHMENT:Peel-off.
MARKINGS:None.

CONDITION:7+ (Very Fine+): The decal has not been used. It has some faint creasing and spots of wear on the front with some spots of minor discoloration to the reverse.
