This is a 1950s United States Marine Corps VMA-242 flight jacket patch. The base of the patch reads: "VMA PROMPTUS-VINDICARE 242"
VINTAGE:Circa 1950s.
SIZE:About 4-3/4" in width by 5-1/4" in height.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Fully embroidered with cotton/poly/silk embroidery thread.
ATTACHMENT:To be sewn onto garment.
