Scarce 1930's Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) Foreman Rank Stripes. The pair of rank patches are scarlet red wool felt embroidered with three green rank stripes and diamond, they are backed with canvas. The CCC was a work opportunity program created by Roosevelt's New Deal.
