ARTIFACT: Scarce 1920's bronze Bell System Accident Prevention lapel pin from the Bell Telephone Company of Pennsylvania. The center of the stud shows a bell in raised detail that reads: "BELL SYSTEM" in embossed lettering and the outer edge reads: "ACCIDENT PREVENTION THE B. T. CO. OF PA."

VINTAGE: Circa 1920's

SIZE: Approximately 9/16" in diameter

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Bronze

ATTACHMENT: Single post with screwback and stabilizer pin

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a communications collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. MEX16 LFJX5/16

CONDITION: 7 (Very Fine): The lapel pin shows moderate wear, light verdigris, and overall handsome patina.
