This is a circa 1920s Bell Telephone Laboratories lapel pin for 15 yeas of service. The pin is in 10 karat gold.

Circa 1920s.

About 1/2" in diameter.

10K gold with sterling silver screw post and backing.

Single screw post.

10K (on pin-back); STERLING (on screw post backing).
