Description
Scarce 1890's Thomas & Smith Nipper come-along wrist-breaker restraint used by police. The nickel plated iron restraint opens and locks with the push and slide of a release located on the handle, the cuff opens and a plate rises, once the wrist is pushed against the plate, the cuff closes and the lock slides into place.
