Antique Police "Come Along" Circa 1920s

This is an antique police "come along" from the 1920s. A fitting at one end of the chain resembles a whale's tail and is concavely grooved for the other T-shaped end to fit in.

Circa 1920s.

Approximately 11-1/4" in length and 3-9/16" in width.
