Scarce 1890's US Police Helmet Badge #2 Possibly from Georgetown, MA

Scarce 1890's US Police helmet badge #Possibly from Georgetown, Massachusetts as it came with a police radiator badge from there also bearing the number "2". The badge is shaped in a half-wreath with the number "2" in the center. Small Massachusetts town with a very small department especially during this period.
