This is a salty World War II Royal Air Force pilot wing with a "been-there" look. The wing is British-made, and is flat (unpadded) for battle dress. shows a royal crown at top and the letters "RAF" wreathed in brown embroidered laurels.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:About 1-13/16" in height and 4-1/2" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Wool felt embroidered in cotton/silk threads, muslin backing.
