This is a rare World War II YMCA-CVJM War Work for Service lapel badge made in the United Kingdom. The badge makes use of the Germanic acronym "CVJM" for Christliche Verein Junger Menschen, perhaps for Swiss or Dutch participants. It is in red and black painted silver.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 3/4" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Painted silver.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal Y (British kick) pin with C catch.
MARKINGS:SILVER.
