This is a rare World War II US Flight Nurse wing in gold fill on silver with enamel.
VINTAGE:Circa WWII.
SIZE:About 2" in width by 11/16" in height.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gold fill on sterling silver with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pin with a "come-under" locking catch.
MARKINGS:1/20 10K STERLING N.S.MEYER INC. NEW YORK and Meyer's Maker's Mark.
