Very Rare WWII Transitional USAAF Flight Nurse Wings in Non-Sterling Silver

This is a very rare World War II transitional United States Army Air Forces flight nurse wing. The wing is in non-sterling silver, and is possibly a silver-plated gilt wing.

Circa World War II.

Approximately 5/8" in height by 2" in width.

Non-sterling silver; possibly silver-plated gilt.

Two posts with clutch-backs.
