Rare 1944 USAAF "Issue" Flight Nurse Wing in Gold-Plated Sterling Silver NO LONGER AVAILABLE

This is a rare circa 1944 United States Army Air Forces "issue" flight nurse wing in gold plated sterling silver. The center of the wing shows a caduceus bearing the letter "N". This wing is unusual in that it has a reversed content marking.

Circa 1944 (World War II).

Approximately 11/16" in height and 2" in width.

Gold-plated sterling silver.

Two posts with clutchbacks.

ACID TEST; STERLING SIL. (reversed).
