This is a Rare Worl War II R.A.F. "Bailout" Pin awarded by the G.Q. Parachute Co Ltd, Stadium Works, Woking, Surrey. Similer to a "Caterpillar Club"Pin for using a parachute to SAve one's life from a forced bailout.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 1-7/16" x 11/16".
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Plated brass with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pin with come-under "C" clasp.
