This is a rare World War II Nazi Germany SA (Sturm Abteilung) Defence badge for the war disabled. The badge is a sword and swastika wreathed in oak leaves done in bronzed zinc. There is a maker mark for Redo of Saarlautern on reverse.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 2-5/16" in height and 1-13/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Bronzed zinc.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical T-style "Coke bottle" pin and C catch.
MARKINGS:RZM M1/100 (maker mark for Redo of Saarlautern).

CONDITION:7+ (Very Fine+): The badge has light wear and tarnish.
