Rare WWII Nazi Army 1st Fallschirmjaeger Regt. Cap Badge Made Locally in Italy

This is rare World War II cap badge for the Nazi Army 1st Fallschirmjaeger Regiment, which was a German paratrooper regiment. The parachute-shaped badge is enameled in red, white and black, was made locally in Italy and comes with its original packaging.

Circa World War II.

Badge: approximately 1" in height and 5/8" in width; packaging: approximately 2-5/16" in height and 1-3/8" in width.

Plated brass with enamel, wax paper.

Vertical safety-style pin with decorative saddle.
