Rare Blackinton-made WWII United States Navy Officer Overseas cap badge. The USN hat badge depicts a spread winged eagle standing atop a US Shield with two crossed anchors behind. The gold filled, sterling badge reads: "1/20 - 10K G.F. BY BLACKINTON" on the reverse.

SIZE:Approximately 1-3/16" x 1-3/16"
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Sterling, 10K gold fill
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pin with drop in locking swivel catch.
