This is a rare Women's Life Saving Corps American Red Cross badge. At the center of this octagonal badge is a richly enameled red cross encircled by a white and blue life preserver.
VINTAGE:Circa early 1930s.
SIZE:Approximately 1" in height and 1" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gold-plated brass, enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pin with "drop-in locking swivel catch.
