Rare Type II WWII Silver Foil Submarine Launch Tag for the USS Spinax SS-489 in Excellent Condition

This is a rare Type II World War II silver foil submarine launch tag for the USS Spinax SS-48The Spinax was a Tench-class submarine and was launched from the Portsmouth Naval Ship Yard on November 25, 194She was decommissioned in October 11, 196The type III Silver Foil is more rare than the matte silver finish tag. Only the Spinax and Volador tags were made in the 3rd type silver foil.
