This is a rare sterling silver charm for the Massachusetts Women's Civil Defense Service. The charm is an enameled crest showing a caduceus, a cannon, a castle, two crossed sledgehammers and a thunderbolt.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 5/8" in height x 7/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Sterling silver with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Pendant loop.
MARKINGS:STERLING.
