ARTIFACT: This is a rare pair of United States Air Transport Command flight crew rank pins from World War II. The ATC was set up in 1942 to coordinate all transportation of necessary aircraft, employees ad materiel within the United States and beyond.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: Approximately 1-1/8" in height and 3/16" in width (each).

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Plated brass, enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical pin with come-under swivel locking catch (on each).

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a United States Army Air Forces collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VEX12 LADEX11/12

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The pins have some light wear and tarnishing only.
