Rare & Beautiful WWII Australian Army Slouch Hat by Akubra with Badge

This is a rare and beautiful World War II Australian Army slouch hat by Akubra. The hat is in rabbit fur felt and the left side of the brim is pinned up with a nice copper Australian Military Forces badge. The hat band is pleated and comes down in both the front and back in a chevron pattern.<

Circa World War II.

Size 7-1/8.

Rabbit fur felt, leather, wool, cotton, copper.

Clip attaching insignia to hat; two loops with short brads.

7 1/8; AUSTRALIAN MANUFACTURE AKUBRA SUPERFINE QUALITY PURE FUR (label and stamp in liner).
