ARTIFACT: Extremely rare World War II United States Army Transportation Service Chief Petty Officer hat badge. The badge is an anchor, rope, and wheel with a shield at the center bearing a winged wheel insignia.

VINTAGE: Circa WWII.

SIZE: Approximately 1-3/4" x 1-1/16".

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gilt brass.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical pin with come-under locking catch.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a US Army collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VBEX16 LBDEX9/16 SBDEX10/16

CONDITION: 8+ (Excellent): The hat badge shows minor to moderate wear, much of the plating details remain, overall excellent condition.
