This is a rare and minty jacket patch from the US Navy's VA-3E, later designated VC-23.
VINTAGE:Ca. 1948.
SIZE:About 6" in height by 5 ½" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Embroidery on bright orange wool felt.
ATTACHMENT:To be attached to garment.
MARKINGS:None.

CONDITION:9 (Excellent-Near Mint) This patch is in great shape with very minor wear from storage.
