ARTIFACT: Rare 1940 United States Coast Guard Regulations hard bound with changes and circulars. The front, canvas wrapped cover reads: "TREASURY DEPARTMENT UNITED STATES COAST GUARD" in black lettering. The cover page reads: "REGULATIONS FOR THE UNITED STATES COAST GUARD 1940".

VINTAGE: Circa 1940

SIZE: Approximately 9-1/2" x 6-3/4" x 1-3/8" thick

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Steel and canvas, hard bound, canvas wrapped cover, paper, ink

ATTACHMENT: Steel and canvas hard binding
