Rare 1940 United States Coast Guard Regulations hard bound with changes and circulars. The front, canvas wrapped cover reads: "TREASURY DEPARTMENT UNITED STATES COAST GUARD" in black lettering. The cover page reads: "REGULATIONS FOR THE UNITED STATES COAST GUARD 1940".
