This is a pair of World War II United States Army private first class rank stripes in brown wool felt on wool. Each stripe shows a single chevron.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 2-7/16" in height and 2-15/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Wool felt on wool embroidered in cotton/silk threads.
ATTACHMENT:None.
MARKINGS:None.
ITEM NOTES:This is from a United States Army collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months LABX5/11 SABX8/14
CONDITION:8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The stripes show some light wear and there is a very small spot where the wool is missing on each stripe.
