This is a pair of early World War II United States Army Technician Fifth Grade rank stripes showing a capital T beneath two chevrons in olive felt on navy wool.

Circa early World War II.

Approximately 4" in height and 3" in width.

Wool felt on wool embroidered in cotton/silk threads.
