Description

ARTIFACT:

This is a pair of early World War II United States Army staff sergeant rank stripes. 

Each shows three chevrons in khaki embroidery, the third one closed in by rocker at its base.

VINTAGE:

Circa early World War II.

SIZE:

Approximately 4-7/16" in height x 3" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Wool on wool embroidered in cotton/silk threads.

ATTACHMENT:

To be sewn onto uniform.

MARKINGS:

None.

CONDITION:

8 (Excellent-): The stripes show very light wear.
