This is an oval tinnie for the 1933 Nazi Hitler Youth Day in Bavaria (Tag der Jugend in Bayern). The "Hitler Youth" was initially an organization formed to groom teenagers as anti-Semites, but during the war the Youths became fair game to restore depleted military manpower. The tinnie shows a swastika buoyed up by the Bavarian coat of arms.
VINTAGE:Circa 1933.
SIZE:Approximately 1-3/16" in height and 7/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Stamped brass.
ATTACHMENT:Straight pin.
MARKINGS:None.

CONDITION:7+ (Very Fine+): The tinnie shows some light wear and tarnish.
