This is an old Arkansas State Police patch with an address tag on back that reads: Arkansas State Police 2920 McClellan Drive Jonesboro, Ark. 72401.
SIZE:About 3-1/4" in width by 3-3/4" in height.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Fully embroidered with cotton embroidery thread.
ATTACHMENT:To be sewn onto garment.
MARKINGS:None.
