ARTIFACT: This is a nice pair of World War II US Army Air Force (USAAF) Air Transport Command Division Insignia by LeVelle & Co. The insignia has some nice designs in red, white, and blue enamel on sterling silver.

VINTAGE: Circa WWII

SIZE: Appr: 1-1/8" each

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Enameled sterling silver

ATTACHMENT: Vertical pins with locking over-under swivel catches

MARKINGS: "LAVELLE & CO PLILA PA. STERLING."

ITEM NOTES: This is from a USAAF collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. MDX17 LAAEX7/17

CONDITION: 7- (Very Fine-): Light to moderate tarnish on the obverse and heavy tarnish on the reverse, but nice patina.
