This is an old circa 1920s or 1930s Pennsylvania Department of Forestry guide badge. The badge reads PENNSYLVANIA DEPARTMENT OF FORESTRY FOREST GUIDE PROTECTION PRODUCTION PERPETUATION PRODUCTS. The badge shows an oak leaf and a keystone, for the "Keystone State", at center.
VINTAGE:Circa 1920s-1930s.
SIZE:Approximately 15/16" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Copper.
ATTACHMENT:Stud.
MARKINGS:The Whitehead & Hoag Co. Newark, N.J.
