ARTIFACT: This is a nice Australian-made jacket patch made for the United States Army Air Forces 307th Bomb Group, 13th Air Force (aka "The Long Rangers"). This patch shows a cat in a cowboy outfit riding a missile labeled LONG RANGERS.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: 4-5/8" diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Red wool felt patch embroidered in cotton/silk threads with treated cotton backing.

ATTACHMENT: N/A.

MARKINGS: N/A.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a United States Army Air Forces collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VBJJX10 LGEJX3/10 TRGEJX9/11

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): Patch shows light wear and one small spot where the felt is missing.
