This is a Korean War-era Australian-made squadron patch made for the United States Air Force's 2nd Bomb Squadron 22nd Bomb Group. The patch is circular and shows a winged monkey riding a missile with a shark's face past lightning bolts through the sky. The patch reads 2nd BOMB SQUADRON.
VINTAGE:Circa Korean War.
SIZE:4-1/2" diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Felt patch embroidered with multi-colored cotton threads with muslin backing.

CONDITION:6+ (Fine&emdash;Very Fine): Patch shows some wear and areas of slight discoloration.
