Description
This is a named medal grouping belonging to United States Army Lieutenant Ernest W. Hinchcliffe of Battalion C, 113th Field Artillery, 30th Division of Stoneham, Massachusetts. The grouping includes five medals and one bar: one numbered Military Order of the World War medal, one United States Victory medal with a bar, one named World War I Service medal from the Town of Stoneham, one Verdun medal and one World War I French Service medal.
VINTAGE:Circa World War I.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:All medals are bronze with silk ribbons except for the Military Order of World War I medal, which is gilt bronze with red enamel.
